HOLY COMMUNION: Holy Communion will be offered during the service this morning Sunday at St. John. May the Lord grant prepared hearts as we receive his body and blood with the bread and wine for the forgiveness of sins and the strengthening of faith. VISTORS: If you wish to receive the Lord’s Supper, you are asked to speak with the pastor before the service.
NURSING HOME SERVICES: We will have our service at Eventide in Crete on Tuesday at 9:00. The service at the Wilber Care Center will be at 10:00 that morning.
CAMP JEFFERSON: WELS Youth Camp Jefferson takes place July 10th-12th and is for campers going into 3rd-8th grade. WELS Teen Camp Jefferson takes place July 12th-15th and is for teens going into 9th grade up until age 19. We are currently looking for teen and adult volunteers to help as counselors and in the kitchen.
VOTERS MEETINGS: The voters of Zion and St. John will meet following their respective services on Sunday, July 12. Please have all agenda items in to Pastor Kahrs by this Wednesday, July 1, so that the agendas might be made available next Sunday, July 5.
ORDINATION AND INSTALLATION: Pastoral candidate Christian Huonder will be ordained and installed into office on Sunday, July 12. There will be a special service at St. Paul’s in Plymouth at 4:00 on that day.
